How Business Travelers Can Stay Fit
Like many people I started this year by setting a new years resolution to get in better shape. I've actually done pretty well. I've dropped about 15 pounds in two months by simply going to the gym four days a week and paying attention to my diet. I found this article helpful to me because my biggest challenge is how many speaking engagements and franchise conferences I've done. It's only February and I just went over 50,000 miles flow with Delta since January 1.
